- Ingredients: Lavandin (Lavandula hybrida), Organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Sweet Orange (Citrus aurantium dulcis), Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Diffusion: Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser. Please check out the Euky Bear Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid, an aromatherapy humidifier. Sold separately.
- Massage or bath: Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to the bath or massaging the chest, arms, or legs. (For 3 to 24 months: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil; For 24 months +: 4 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil.)
