CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Before first use, wash the parts well and dry them
- Sharp and perforating products: be careful when handling and keep out of reach of children
- Wash your knives using a soft sponge, soap, or mild detergent

- For greater durability of the color tone of the blade, Tramontina does not recommend washing the piece in washing machines
- After each sharpening, carefully remove residues that remain on the blade using a soft, dry cloth

- It is recommended to use Tramontina polypropylene or wooden boards for greater durability of the knife edge
